Ingredients
Chicken boti(Boneless) - 1/2 kg
Maida(all purposed flour) - 1/2 cup
Sufaid mirch pisi hui - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Chicken cube mila hua maida - 1 tbsp
Eggs - 2
Bread ka choora - 250 gram
Oil - As needed
Salt - To taste
Preparation
Oil and bread ke choore ke siwaye tamam ashiya chicken mein mila kar 1/2 Hour ke liye rakhein.
Chicken pe bread ka choora laga ke fry karein.
